Do I have the right to request a flexible working arrangement when I return to work?

When returning from parental leave you have the right to request flexible working arrangements as long as you have worked for your employer for at least 12 months. Flexible working arrangements includes working part-time instead of full-time and changing starting and finishing times of work or working from home.
